“Working with Serge was refreshing”. From the moment I met him, it was easy to share my thoughts with him. He asked a lot of questions and I gave him honest answers. In the end he helped me make some changes within my organization, that still are in place today.

His mild manor and insight relaxed our first meeting together. He asked some simple questions at first which I didn't quite understand at first but then as our conversation went on, it was clear that all his questions had a purpose.

The first time I met Serge was a bit unusual. He asked me if we could go around back our building and look at our dumpster. As we approached the dumpster I noticed that it was overflowing. Long story short, it turns out my employees were throwing out good fabric I had no idea about.

There was an initial meeting and questions were asked and answered. Serge said he would get back to us regarding the next steps. The following day I received an email with even more questions, that took about 20 minutes to answer. Several days later he submitted a proposal that outlined how we might work together.
